The Design Process

The site is in an area of local landscape importance set partially within the Wildernesse Conservation Area and adjacent to a Grade II listed building and there were therefore many planning challenges. This included a comprehensive engagement process with the local residents from the Wildernesse Residents Association. The project received planning permission in May 2015 after submission a year before (May 2014).
