The Design Process

Having undertaken two pre-app meetings supported by consultation events with stakeholders and community groups, the scheme (full application submitted in December 2015), whilst endorsed by LB Richmond planning officers, was refused by committee in August 2016.
The decision was overturned by planning inspector at the end of a public inquiry, concluding that the scheme will 'provide a high quality contemporary design response appropriate to its location.'
