The design team held an early pre-application meeting with the planning and conservation officers from RBKC followed by a presentation to a Design Review Panel in summer 2015. The design team incorporated the constructive comments and suggestions and maintained discussion with both the planning and conservation officers leading up to a full planning submission in November 2015. Following submission the design team continued to liaise the officers on material specification and detail resolution as part of discharging the planning conditions.
