The site had been subject to numerous failed applications and appeals over 11 years focusing on views out to St Catherine’s Hill beyond. Our scheme was able to respond to the criticism of previous applications and to focus on a low impact solution which still delivers high density on the site. We achieved a unanimous approval at committee and praise for the introduction of contemporary ‘solution driven’ architecture.
