The Design Process
The scheme was submitted for an outline planning application in Dec 2012. This application was approved by Bristol City Council (BCC) in Jan 2013 and determined the means of access and an illustrative masterplan layout. A reserved matters application was subsequently submitted in Sept 2013 which provided detailed information relating to the layout, scale and appearance of the scheme. Following BCC approval in May 2014 the project is close to completion.
