The Design Process
Planning application approved 28/10/2016.
A number of Pre-Planning consultation meetings were held during the design development stage before Planning Application was submitted in May 2016. During the Planning assessment stage, a couple of updates have been submitted to address Planning queries and Client's request for accommodation mix change. After Planning Permission was granted in October 2016, a number of NMA submissions were made to provide the Value Engineering savings required by the Client. All three were approved by the Planning Authority.
