The Design Process

The site is located at Iceland Wharf in Fish Island South, Hackney Wick within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This area also falls within the boundaries of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). As such, they are the relevant Local Planning Authority and the proposal will be assessed in accordance with their Local Plan. City and Suburban approached us on 01/2017 and we were appointed to work on the project 02/2017. We received full planning permission in 23/10/2018, in addition the scheme was recognised by the LLDC with B.N10 for outstanding design quality allowing us to include additional floors to the project.
