The Design Process
The site had been an industrial warehouse for over 20 years. Goldcrest undertook a number of pre-application meetings with LB Lewisham planning and design officers in 2014-2015.
In addition, three presentations to the Design Review Panel were held, and feedback was taken on board and reflected in the detail of the full application when submitted in March 2015. The committee resolved to grant planning permission in July 2015 (LB Lewisham application ref DC/15/91587)
