The Design Process
After an earlier pre-application (for a different scheme) failed to gain traction, Gatti Routh Rhodes were appointed in January 2014 and began to develop a scheme for the redevelopment of the site. Early, discursive engagement with Tower Hamlets planning officers followed and informal pre-application advice helped shape the final designs.
The project received planning permission (under delegated powers) on 01.10.15 (ref: PA/14/03166)
