Planning consent was obtained on 13.11.2012 from London Borough of Westminster, recommended for approval on first application, and consented by unanimous decision by planning committee. The approval was subject to 26 conditions including site remediation, acoustic requirements, materials approval, public art / gate requirement, extensive sustainability features including CFSH L4, electric car charging, solar thermal and PV panels.
