Planning History

Outline planning permission for Wichelstowe was granted in 2013 with the District Centre Design Code adopted in 2016. The retirement living development was subject to a Reserved Matters Application requiring discharge of conditions. Two pre-application meetings were held to discuss the RMA submission and the progressing design on 10/01/18 and 12/07/18. The RMA was submitted on 30th October 2018 and approval confirmed under delegated powers on 11/02/19, subject to the signing of the Section 106.
