The Design Process
Brick by Brick worked collaboratively with the Local Planning Authority to devise a bespoke planning process to tie all of these applications into three tranches. This was required to maximise the affordable housing solution across the programme on these small sites. The pre-application process started in Spring 2016 with applications submitted by December 2016 and all determined by Spring 2017.
