Private amenity space is provided to all flats as defensible space to the ground floor flats, recessed balconies to the first, second and third floor flats, and terraces to the fourth floor flats. A secure communal garden will be provided in the centre of the site which measures 392sqm. The design of this garden will be based upon a traditional London Square such as Norfolk Square, near Paddington Station. The new communal garden will incorporate landscaped play equipment to provide doorstep playspace for under 5s. This will be in the form of a number of sensory play features such as a singing stone or tuning stones.

Pre-application discussions continued with a response to a formal pre-application submission provided in October 2017.
