The Design Process

In September 2013 the zonal masterplan for PDZ6 was approved for the delivery of the first legacy neighbourhood to be developed on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. In January 2014 a reserved matters application for phase 1 was permitted and followed by approval of the phase 2 reserved matters application in December 2014. The reserved matters application for phase 3 was submitted in October 2016 and subsequently approved in June 2017 under reference 16/00510/REM. Phase 4, the final phase, was approved ahead of phase 3 in May 2017.
