Planning History

ABA won a Developer-Architect design and land bid for Newhall South Chase Lot 3 with Galliford Try Partnerships in July 2007. ABA developed our designs with GTP and in consultation with both Roger Evans Assiciates and Newhall Projects throughout the autumn of 2007. A presentation to the Newhall residents association was made by Roger Evans, and the planning application submitted December 22 2007. There were no objections to the submission and Planning consent was granted 16th March 2008.
