The mews street is a cul-de-sac creating a safe space for children to play with soft landscaping, trees and play equipment. External private amenity space is provided via gardens to the rear of the houses and a terrace to the front of the mews, which exceed standards for amenity set out in national housing standards.

Planning History

Regular pre-application meetings were held with LB Harrow planners throughout the design development stage. From initial meetings deciding on site layout options and typologies through to a Design Review Panel discussing how future occupiers would live in the homes and the relationships between neighbours.
