The pre-application scheme was presented to London Borough of Waltham Forest on the 10 of October 2013. The proposals were acceptable in terms of design, materials, layout and height with the third-floor set back was agreed appropriate. On the 19 of November 2013 the second meeting was held, specifically to discuss Pollard Thomas Edwards' responses to some minor massing concerns Colby Lodge secured planning on the 23 of December 2015.
