The Design Process

The principle of re-developing the site as an older persons housing scheme was established through its previous use and an extant consent in 2014. A revised consent the same year reduced the numbers of apartments in order to facilitate construction access of Landsdowne Road. The proposal meets the NPPF and London Plan by seeking to maximise housing and effective use of brownfield sites. The scheme contributes towards the delivery of high quality homes for older people, for sale and affordable rent.
