The Design Process
A previous scheme had been granted planning permission but the London Borough of Southwark had halted construction part-way through the programme because of their dissatisfaction with the design. Squire and Partners were approached to explore an alternative approach which provided a high level of design quality, but still offered the necessary revenues to make the site viable for development.
