The scheme includes an extension to an existing civc park, which doubles the size of the park and includes allotments, pump track, play areas, cycling, pedestrian and running routes and wildflower meadow. Houses are clustered around a new village green area with play space and a copse.

Planning History

Planning permission was granted in January 2016 following a unanimous decision by WCC’s Planning Committee. The site was granted planning permission prior to its formal allocation in WCC’s LPP2, through which the scheme was promoted.
