The Design Process
Due to the number of homes required, and the suburban nature of the site, extensive discussions were held between the client, design team and LB Lewisham as part of the planning process. Following initial meetings in December 2013, an amended scheme was presented to LB Lewisham's Design Review Panel in February 2014. Design proposals were subsequently strengthened, and despite some local objections, the planning application was submitted in July 2014 and consent obtained in January 2015.
