Planning History

The site of Bernard Works forms part of the South Tottenham area identified by the GLA as a developing Creative Enterprise Zone providing low cost workspace for the creative sector. As part of the planning process, the client and design team engaged in several quality review and pre-application meetings with Haringey Council and the scheme was granted planning permission on the 12th of March 2018.
